Christian Robinson is a movement specialist (or speed engineer, as Tiffany likes to say), based in Orange County, Ca. He provides education and training for athletes who want to improve their performance. Christian obtained his degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, where he studied Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, and Biomechanics.
Christian holds a Level II coaching certification with USA Track & Field for both Sprints & Hurdles, and the Horizontal & Vertical Jumps. He is a participant in the USOC’s Emerging Elite Olympic Coaching program and is Safe-Sport registered.
Christian is passionate about helping those with a desire to learn and has worked with athletes ranging in age and skill level from middle-school to post collegiate. Most importantly, Christian provides education and tools to help athletes grow. His goal is to equip students with tools that will allow them to not only achieve their goals, but truly understand and master the processes that will guide them to increasing levels of success, regardless of where they start.
Tiffany Robinson received her degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. She is in constant awe of the human body, and those who train it to do incredible things. As a Healthy Lifestyle Director with the Los Angeles YMCA, Tiffany was responsible for the organization and implementation of many community-based education programs. She is currently the administrative boss at Sprint Academy, but assists with teaching when needed and runs a "mommy workout" for parents of Sprint Academy Track Club participants during practice.
